THE DRONE AS ACCESS SOLUTION

AITHON enables safe, efficient work at height by combining drone mobility with human capability. By perching, inspection, testing, and repair become possible without endangering human workers.

“How does it work?”

Our solution is as ingenious as it is straightforward – Let’s break it down into four steps.

0 Flight

The drone lifts off.

High-precision flight in GPS-denied environments ensures the worksite is reached safely within seconds. A robust quadcopter-design is tethered, carrying payloads of up to 5kg.

1 Attachement

The drone attaches to the worksite.

Secure perching on rough surfaces in all orientations: vertical, angled, or overhead. This is the basis for stable interaction even in harsh conditions.

2 Tool Positioning

Final adjustments are made.

The payload is positioned with mm-level precision and any flight inaccuracies are compensated. For area-covering work, a 50cm x 50cm workspace is provided.

3 Using the Tool (Force Application)

Work is performed.

The possibilities are endless – whether you need power for core sampling or precision for inspection, AITHON makes it happen.

Frequenty Asked Questions

Our solution allows you to get better data on your asset at the right time. Instead of going on instinct and experiences from other assets, we can provide you with high-quality insights. This makes planning easier, keeps initial inspection costs low and prevents expensive errors down the line.
